摘　　要：高校党校是大学生学习和研究马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想的主阵地。办好党校培训是高校党建工作的关键,对于建设和谐校园、和谐社会具有重要意义。当代大学生价值取向趋于多元化,高校要根据当代大学生的思想特点,改变传统的办学模式,切实提高党校培训的实效性,促进大学生的全面、协调和可持续发展,促进高校党建工作的科学发展。The Party school of university is the main position of students to study and research Marxism and Leninism,Mao Ze-dong thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of 'Three Represents'.Running Party school training is the key to Party construction in colleges and universities,has the important meaning to harmonious campus,harmonious society.The contemporary college students' value orientation tends to diversity,colleges and universities should according to the characteristics of modern college students' ideology,change the traditional education mode,and effectively improve the effectiveness of the training of Party school,promote college students' all-round,coordinated and sustainable development,promote the scientific development of Party building in colleges and universities.
