摘　　要：校园文化的建设是中职学校工作的重要组成部分,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的一项重要的基础性工作。针对新疆地区的中职学校校园文化建设的现状,从地域特色、职业素养与专业技能三个方面,阐述了创新性构建切合时代要求与发展的中职学校校园文化建设的策略。Campus culture construction is an important part of secondary school work,also is one of the most important basic work of building a socialist harmonious society.According to the status of the construction of campus culture in secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang region,the strategies of innovative construction meeting the requirements of the times and developing the construction of campus culture in secondary vocational schools are presented in this paper from three perspectives: the geographical features,professionalism and technical skills.
