本地化行业的发展对翻译人才培养的要求

摘　　要：在全球化浪潮的冲击下,各国之间政治、经济、文化、科技的交流日益密切对高层次翻译专门人才的需求量不断增加,翻译人才培养也因此而面临着新的挑战。本文拟从本地化行业发展的大背景下对翻译人才培养的要求提出自己的绵薄之见,以期培养出既遵循翻译人才培养的一般规律,又能适应区域经济和文化发展的实际的地方社会经济发展需要的专门翻译人才,更好地实现服务社会的职能。Under the impact of globalization,politics,economy,culture between countries,and increasingly close exchanges of high level translation talents demand increases ceaselessly,translation talents training is facing new challenges.This paper from the localization industry development in the context of translation talents training requirements put forward my own humble opinion,in order to cultivate not only follow the general rules of translation talents training,but also to regional economic and cultural development of the local social economic development needs of the translation of specialized personnel,better realization of social service function.
