摘　　要：要提升高校军事理论课的课程有效性,就必须不断深化教学改革,提高教学水平,构建适应21世纪发展要求的大学军事课程理论体系,使军事课教学内容和方法手段更具有时代性,更适合学生要求,这是高等学校在开设军事理论课时应不断深入研究的问题。In order to promote the effectiveness of university military theory class curriculum,we must continue to deepen the teaching reform,improve the teaching level,to adapt to the requirements of the development of construction of university military theory and system in twenty-first Century,make the military teaching content and method is more time,more suitable for students,this is the problem high school in the creation of military theory class.
