摘  要:目的:寻找食管癌、胃癌、肝癌病因。方法:假说及实验检验。结果:"氮循环假说"指出:一定气候类型土壤包气带中的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及农肥、污水中的胺和酰胺是长期以来被忽略了的两类N-亚硝基化合物前体物重要污染源。前体物污染河流通过饮用水进入人体,合成亚硝胺,特别是亚硝酰胺,是引起食管癌、胃癌、肝癌的重要原因。气候、农肥污水、前体物降解时间、河流、地质地貌这5个重大环境因素,尤其是河流对食管癌高发区同心圆的形成影响巨大,假说包含10个新概念和6组定量公式,圆满地解释了食管癌流行病学特征。用农肥水加亚硝酸钠在世界上首次成功诱发出鸡的咽、食管、胃、肝癌并检测出致癌的二甲基亚硝胺、甲基亚硝基脲。林州市实验改水食管癌两率下降一半。结论:氮循环病因假说成立。Objective:Make a study on the etiloogy `of esophageal,gastric and hepatic cancer.Methods:we have proposed a new etiology hypothesis and carried out a series of test on the hypothesis.Result:The key points of this new hypothesis are including:There are mainly two types resources of nitrogen nitroso compounds in the enviornment,one is nitrates and nitrites,which present mainly in the air -containing zones of the broad half-dry and half wet area in the middle-low altitude; another is amino and amido in fertilizer and polluted water.The precusors are generally transferred through rivers,and enter the human bodies through drinking water and then,nitrosamines are synthesized,especially nitrosamides.There are 10 new concepts and 6 sets of quantitative formulations in this hypothesis.By using the nitrited farming fertilizer water,we induced pharyngoesophageal cancer,gastric cancer and hepatic cancer in chicken.The nitrosomethylurea and nitrosodimethylamine were all detached from the nitrited farming fertilizer water.This hypothesis explained epidemiology features of esophageal,cancer in the world.we found that the environmental factors are important mutagenesis factors.The human papilloma virus detection were all negative in esophageal cancer tissues.According the data about water improvement of Linzhou in the last 20 years,when the pollution index is less than 1.5,the mortality and morbidity of esophageal,decrease about 50% after 6-10 years.Conclusion:The hypothesis is needed to verified by further experiment
