脉动流下超声血流彩色声像与声谱图的模拟研究

摘　　要：我们以颈动脉分支为例,采用血流动力学计算机模拟方法,根据可信的血管轮廓、血流脉动数据及体内情况,仿真出血流彩色声像图和某处脉冲多普勒声谱图。模拟结果对流场的各参数和分布描述更加准确,对仪器测量是有效的验证和有益补充。本研究的方法可用以血管血流异常的计算机辅助诊断,也为相关仪器开发提供了详细、接近真实的数据源。Using computer fluid dynamics,we simulated the color sonography and spectrogram of stenosis carotid arteries(CA) bifurcation.The simulation was based on convicted reasonable of vascular profile and flow environment in vivo.The results were proved to be detailed and accurate that it can alleviating the effects of measurement errors.This method can be a reference in the computer aided diagnosis of CAD,it also provide detail and reasonable data for the development of advanced ultrasound instrument and study of other blood-contact devices or equipments.
