摘　　要：技术侦查合法化是有效应对犯罪新趋势之必然,但应用不慎易侵犯公民隐私权。应缜密规制工作环节确保侦查与保护隐私之平衡,主要包括确定慎用原则、细化启动程序、深化期限规定、明确救济途径等等。The legalization of technical investigation is inevitable to deal with the new criminal trends.However,inadvertent application will infringe people's privacy.Therefore,technical investigation should be regulated carefully to ensure the balance between the investigation and the protection of privacy.The main ways include making the principles of caution,detailing the initialization routine,refining the period provisions and clearing the channels for remedy.
