摘 要:以皖江城市带9个城市为研究区域,运用DPSIR方法,建立了包含驱动、压力、状态、影响、响应的5项因素22项指标的低碳经济评价指标体系,并对皖江城市带的低碳经济发展水平进行评价.结果表明:皖江地区各市的低碳经济控制水平有待提高;低碳经济水平从高到低依次为宣城、铜陵、池州、滁州、巢湖、马鞍山、芜湖、安庆、合肥.宣城和铜陵两个城市低碳经济水平相对较好,其资源利用率和单位产出效益水平较高;合肥低碳经济水平排名最后,主要原因是发展中能源消耗、电力、交通路网等压力过大,需要注意能源的有效利用;其他6个城市,各因素层指标比较均衡,但发展中仍需注意对个别极值影响因素的控制.Taking Wanjiang City Belt which contains 9 cities as the study case,in this paper the low-carbon economy evaluation index system has been established,which contains five factors and twenty-two indexes.The five factors are drive,pressure,state,influence and response.Then,this paper deals with the evaluation of the low-carbon economy development level of Wanjiang City Belt.The result indicates that the low-carbon economy of Wanjiang city belt was expected to be improved.Sorting the low-carbon economy development from high to low,they are Xuancheng,Tongling,Chizhou,Chuzhou,Chaohu,Ma Anshan,Wuhu,Anqing,and Hefei.The case of Xuancheng and Tongling are relatively superior.Their level of resource utilization and output benefit per unit is higher.High pressure of energy consumption,electric power,traffic network is the main reason for the low-ranking of Hefei city.They should use the energy more effectively.The indexes of other six cities are equal.They should pay more attention to the influencing factors which are extreme.
