摘 要:以某超临界765 MW机组为对象,基于北京和利时系统工程股份有限公司的HOLLIAS-Con Maker DCS平台,对机组输出功率和焓值的极点配置自适应控制算法进行了研究。根据765MW机组的动态模型及直流锅炉的慢时变、非线性特性,设计了一种极点配置自适应PID控制方案,并在HOLLIAS-Con Maker DCS平台上对其进行了建模、实时仿真、数据处理及链接。研究表明,极点配置自适应PID控制系统具有较好的跟踪和自适应能力,且控制品质优于传统PID控制系统。Taking once through boiler in a supercritical 765 MW unit as the object,a pole-placement adaptive control algorithm for output and enthalpy of the unit was studied,based on the DCS platform of HOLLIAS-Con Maker control system of Beijing HollySys System Engineering Co.Ltd.According to the dynamic model of the 765 MW unit and the characteristics(slow time varying and nonlinearity) of the once through boiler,the pole-placement adaptive PID control scheme was designed.Besides,the modeling,real-time simulation,data processing and link of this algorithm were conducted on the DCS platform mentioned above.Results show that,the pole-placement adaptive PID control system has good tracking and adaptive ability,and its control quality is higher than that of the traditional control systems.
