电网全息数字地图在工程初步设计评审的应用

摘　　要：作为工程设计评审平台的重要模块之一,电网全息数字地图提供了一种集工程初步设计方案三维展现、多源专题信息显示、多媒体播放于一体的全新技术方案。以这一全新技术方案的应用搭建为主线,介绍了相关业务技术背景,解析了相关技术的原理,着重分析了电网全息数字地图的数据构建原理、技术架构、平台搭建、业务流程等环节。该系统在国家电网公司的试运行表现良好,实现了电网工程信息从文字描述到全息数字表达的创新展示方式的转变,突破了以往二维平面评审的模式,为评审工作提供更丰富的数据来源以及更科学的评审手段及数据,在工程设计评审中发挥了积极、重要的作用。As one of the important modules in the engineering design review platform,power grid holographic digital map provides a new technical solution which integrates three-dimensional display of engineering preliminary design scheme,multi-source thematic information display and multimedia player.Based on the application and construction of this new technical program,relevant business background is introduced,and relevant technical principle and main technical points are analyzed,including data construct principle,technical architecture,platform structures,business process and other aspects.The system is proved effective in the test running of the review platform in Stare Grid Corporation and it realizes to use spatial information to build a three-dimensional review scene,and will plays an active and important role in improving the efficiency and accuracy of engineering design review.
