摘 要:"王侯无种"和"天下为公"共同承载着与帝制相匹配的重要政治价值,是同一类立君之道的两种表述方式。其核心思路是:最高权位乃天下之公器,不会为一个家族永久独占;最佳的君位传承方式是选贤与能;凡是具备一定条件的人都有资格君临天下。这类观念的渊源可以追溯到春秋以前,相关的政治理论和大众文化则与帝制相伴而生。"王侯无种"的提出是"天下为公"已然成为获得广泛认同的政治价值的具体表现,并促使"天下为公"的理论提升到前所未有的高度。The doctrines of 'princes no racial' and 'the state belonging to the people' are the same view of 'the way to set the monarch' of the two kinds of expressions,both carrying important political value which matching monarchy.The core thoughts are: the supreme power is public,and not permanently monopolized by a family;the best throne inheritance mode is to select and appoint talents;all having certain conditions can reign.The origin of these views can date from before the spring and autumn period,when the relevant political theories and mass culture arose along with monarchy.The idea of 'princes no racial' being putted forward proved that 'the state belonging to the people' has been widely recognized,and made that doctrine to an unprecedented altitude.
