超声法提取波棱瓜子中多糖的研究

摘　　要：采用L(934)正交试验对波棱瓜子中多糖的最佳提取条件进行实验研究。标准品为葡萄糖,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定波棱瓜子水提物中可溶性多糖的含量。最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,即粉碎材料过8目的筛子,料液比为1∶16(mg/mL),提取时间1 h。确定了用超声法提取波棱瓜子的最佳工艺条件,该工艺稳定可行。To get optimal conditions for extraction of polysaccharide in Herpetospermum pedunculosum.Employing ultrasonic technique to extract polysaccharide,using orthogonal experimental design to treat the data,applying ultraviolet-visible spectrometry to determine content of polysaccharide.The optimal conditions for extraction of polysaccharide are as follows.To grind the material and scree with a 8# sieve,the ratio of taw material to water is,the time for extraction is 1 hour.The ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide in Herpetospermum pedunculosum is stable and feasible.
