摘  要:根据现场长期实测数据分析,大秦铁路牵引供电系统具有负荷幅值变化大、过载系数高和陡变性的间歇性重负荷特性,牵引供电系统负荷的变化对变压器套管介质损耗因数的测量产生影响,并且变压器套管接线等效电路的初始电流对负荷变化前后介质损耗因数的测量精度有干扰。采用Matlab/Simulink软件对变压器套管接线等效电路进行仿真,验证了分析结果的正确性。引入变压器套管接线等效电路初始电流对传统测量方法进行改进,确定矫正系数。运用改进后的测量方法对变电所变压器套管介质损耗因数进行测量,结果表明所得到的介质损耗因数测量值稳定、可靠和准确,有利于对变压器高压套管绝缘老化情况的准确监测。According to the analyses of long-term field measured data, the traction power supply system of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway has the characteristics of great variation in load amplitude, high overload factor as well as abrupt and intermittent heavy load. The load change of traction power supply system had influence on the measurement of the dielectric loss factor of transformer bushing, and the initial current of transformer bushing wiring equivalent circuit had interference in the measurement accuracy of dielectric loss factor before and after load change. Matlab/Simulink was adopted to simulate the wiring equivalent circuit of transformer bushing, which validated the correctness of the analysis results. Traditional measurement method was improved by introducing the initial current of transformer bushing wiring equivalent circuit to determine correction coefficient. The improved method was used to measure the dielectric loss factor of transformer bushing in substation. Results show that the measured value of dielectric loss factor is stable, reliable and accurate, which is advantageous to the accurate monitoring of the insulation aging of transformer HV bushing.
