摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加山梨酸(SA)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响及其机制。试验选用28日龄纯种大约克断奶仔猪180头,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每重复15头猪(8阉公、7母)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.050%、0.125%和0.200%的SA,观察其对断奶仔猪生长性能、小肠绒毛形态、器官指数、血清生化指标及相关基因mRNA表达量的影响。预试期为7 d,试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.200%SA能显著提高断奶仔猪56和77日龄的体重和全期的平均日增重(P<0.05),但对器官指数和小肠绒毛形态无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)0.200%SA组的血清总蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)含量,0.050%和0.125%SA组的血清白蛋白、高密度脂蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,0.200%SA能显著下调肌肉中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)的mRNA表达量(P<0.05)。上述结果提示,饲粮中添加0.200%SA能够促进断奶仔猪生长,其作用可能是通过PPAR系统提高血清IGF-Ⅰ的含量而实现的。To identify the effects of dietary sorbic acid(SA) on growth performance,the villus morphology of small intestine,organ indexes,serum biochemical indexes,and related genes mRNA expression in weaner piglets,one hundred and eighty 28-day-old purebred Yorkshire weaner piglets were randomly allotted to four groups with three replicates per group and 15 piglets per pen(eight barrows and seven gilts).The groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0(control group),0.050%(0.050% SA group),0.125%(0.125% SA group),and 0.200%(0.200% SA group) SA,respectively.There was a pretrial period of 7 days followed by an experimental period of 42 days.The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group,adding 0.200% SA significantly increased body weight at 56 and 77 days of age and average daily gain during the whole period(P<0.05),but the villus morphology of small intestine and organ indexes were unchanged(P>0.05).2) Serum contents of total protein,low density lipoprotein and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) in 0.200% SA group,and albumin and high density lipoprotein in 0.050% and 0.125% SA groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3) Compared with the control group,supplemented with 0.200% SA in diets significantly down-regulated muscle peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARγ) mRNA expression level(P<0.05).These results indicate that the promoting effect of 0.200% SA on growth performance may be associated with the increased serum IGF-Ⅰ content regulated by PPAR system in weaner piglets.
