摘  要:在增压中冷柴油机的进气道上加装甲醇喷射系统,研究了甲醇喷射量对柴油机燃烧和排放的影响。结果表明,用甲醇替代部分柴油,低负荷时燃烧压力峰值降低,中高负荷时,燃烧压力峰值升高,最大升幅为2.9%;同时,柴油的消耗率降低,最大降幅为11.9%,使用经济性有所改善,最高降幅为3.9%;进气道喷甲醇有效抑制了NOx的排放,最高降幅达到72.1%,但炭烟的排放升高。The methanol injection system was installed to the intake port of turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine and the influence of methanol injection on diesel engine combustion and emission was researched.The results show that the peak pressure of combustion decreases at low load and increases at medium and high load when methanol is mixed with diesel.The highest increase of peak pressure is 2.9%.In addition,the specific fuel consumption decreases and the highest decrease is 11.9%.The actual cost reduces and the highest reduction is 3.9%.The methanol injection at intake port restrains the NO_x emission effectively,but leads to the increase of soot.The highest reduction of NO_x emission is 72.1%.
