摘  要:以山药品种桂淮2号为材料,在块茎膨大初期进行氯吡脲和多效唑不同浓度组合配施,研究氯吡脲和多效唑对山药块茎淀粉合成相关酶活性的影响.结果表明,氯吡脲和多效唑不同浓度组合配施提高了与山药块茎淀粉合成相关的ADPG焦磷酸化酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶、可溶性淀粉分支酶的活性,进而提高了山药块茎淀粉的含量;3种酶活性的动态变化均为先升高后下降,与山药块茎淀粉积累的动态变化趋势一致.氯吡脲和多效唑不同浓度组合配施对山药块茎淀粉合成相关酶活性的影响均为正效应,而氯吡脲的影响大于多效唑.最适处理浓度组合为氯吡脲30~34 mg/kg、多效唑610~630 mg/kg.Using Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Guihuai No.2 as material,Forchlorfenuron and Multi-effect triazole(MET) were co-applied during the tuber expansion period with different concentration to study the effects of the two fertilizers on starch synthesis related enzyme activity in D.opposita tuber.The results showed that co-application of Forchlorfenuron and MET with different concentration increased the activity of ADP-Glc pyrophosphorylase,soluble starch synthase and soluble starch branching enzyme,thus improved the starch content in D.opposita tuber.The dynamic changes of activities of the 3 enzymes increased first and then decreased with the increase of fertilizer concentration,which was consistent with that of starch accumulation in D.opposita tuber.The effect of Forchlorfenuron and MET with different combination of concentration on D.opposita tuber starch synthesis related enzyme activity was positive;while Forchlorfenuron had greater effect than MET.The optimal concentration of Forchlorfenuron and MET was 30~34 mg/kg,610~630 mg/kg,respectively.
