摘  要:采用超声波辅助提取苦荞黄酮,并用分光光度法进行分析测定。分析测定时,用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色体系,测定波长为510 nm。通过单因素试验及二次通用旋转组合试验优化,确定出苦荞黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数50%,超声温度35℃,超声时间30 min,液固比45∶1(V/m,mL∶g),在这个条件下,苦荞黄酮提取率为6.92%。Flavonoids was extracted from Tartary buckwheat by ultrasonic-assisted method and determined by wavelength spectrophotometry.NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH color system was adopted in the determination while the detection wavelength was 510 nm.According to single factors test and quadratic general rotation union test,the optimum ultrasonic assisted extraction process was defined as volume fraction of ethanol solvent,50%;ultrasonic termperature,35 ℃;ultrasonic extraction time,30 min;solution to raw material ratio,45∶1(V/m,mL∶g).The yield of total flavonoids from Tartary buckwheat was 6.92%.
