校企合作技术创新系统协同发展分析

摘　　要：激烈的市场竞争和技术创新的复杂性使企业与高校必然要走向协同。校企合作技术创新系统要素间协同发展的因素可分为外部因素和内部因素两种。校企合作技术创新的协同发展要求高校要加强与企业的联系和交流;企业要将市场需要及发展趋势传导给高校;要健全校企合作技术创新的政策服务体系,建立多元化、多渠道的科技投入体系,加强与之相关的法律法规建设。校企合作技术创新系统的有序运行是系统内各要素协同作用的结果。The fierce competition of market and the complexity of technological innovation inevitably lead to the synergia of higher education institutions and enterprises.Such a synergetic development of technological innovation system by higher education institutions and enterprises is impacted by both internal and external factors.The synergetic development of schools and enterprises in technological innovation requires higher education institutions to reinforce contact and communication with enterprises,while enterprises are supposed to pass on the market demands and developmental tendencies to higher education institutions.What is more,the policy service system of synergetic technological innovation needs to be improved,a diversified and multi-channel technological investment system should be set up,and the relevant laws and regulations should be strengthened.The orderly operation of the synergetic technological innovation system by higher education institutions and enterprises results from the synergetic effects of the elements within the system.
