摘　　要：目的观察非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠胃窦Cajal间质细胞数量的变化,探讨非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠胃肠动力障碍的相关机制.方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为模型组和对照组,模型组20只,对照组10只,对照组给予普通饲料,模型组采用高脂饲料喂养,葡聚糖蓝-2000作为标记物,观察大鼠胃肠道传输速度,免疫组化染色观察胃窦Cajal间质细胞的变化.结果复制模型成功,模型组胃肠道传输速度明显减弱(P<0.05),胃窦C-kit阳性Cajal间质细胞也明显减少(P<0.01).结论非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠胃肠道传输速度减弱与胃窦Cajal间质细胞的减少可能有关.Objective To observe the number of Caial interstitial cells in antrum of rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver,and to study the gastrointestinal dyskinesis related mechanism.Methods 30 SD rats were divided into 2 groups : nonalcoholic fatty liver(n=20) and normal control group(n=10).Nonalcoholic fatty liver model was duplicated by high-fat diet feeding.The gastrointestitial motility changes were assayed using Dextran blue-2000 as an indicator.Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the interstitial cells of Cajal in antrum of rat.Results The nonalcoholic fatty liver model was successfully duplicated.Compared with the control group,the gastrointestinal transmission rate of rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the number of C-kit positive Cajal interstitial cells in antrum of rat was reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion Gastrointestinal motility of rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver is significantly weakened,which may be associated with the decrease of the number of Cajal interstitial cells.
