高校体育社团文化建设与发展研究——以湘粤两省为例

摘　　要：用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法,以湘粤两省为例,依据文化结构分层理论探讨了高校体育社团的开展现状,分析了影响其多层文化建设与发展的外在环境条件和内在动力因素,以期为进一步建设和发展好高校体育社团提供有实际意义的理论参考与建议。Using literature data,survey,mathematical statistics method,taking these two provinces as an example,a culture based on hierarchical structure theory to the study of university sports associations in the status quo,this paper analyzes the effect of the multilayer culture construction and development of the external environment and internal factors,in order to further construction and development of university sports associations to provide good practical significance of the theory reference and suggestion.
