摘　　要：十月革命胜利后,列宁在领导苏维埃俄国进行社会主义经济建设的实践中,继承并发展马克思的管理二重性思想,为苏维埃俄国学习、借鉴资本主义先进管理经验提供了重要理论基础与方法论指导。研究列宁对马克思管理二重性思想的继承与发展,对于今天我们坚持对外开放,继续大胆吸收和借鉴人类社会包括现代资本主义创造的一切经济、社会、政治文明成果,更好地建设中国特色社会主义,具有重要指导意义。After the October Revolution,in the practice of the Soviet socialist economy construction,Lenin inherited and developed Marx's management duality thought,which provided important theoretic basis and guidance for the Soviet Union to learn from the advanced experience from capitalism.At present,it's still very significant for us to study the inheritance and development of Marx's management duality thought by Lenin and other civilized achievements made by human beings,including capitalist achievements,in order to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.
