摘　　要：师资是教育发展的基础和保障,但体育院校师资队伍建设存在诸多先天性不足,师资资源的开发和优化势在必行.体育院校师资资源的开发和优化主要包括校内师资资源和校外师资资源,内容包括专业素质的提升和师资结构的调整,目的在于建立一支结构合理、专业水平过硬、运动技能精湛、具有良好的体育经营和教学管理能力的师资资源队伍.Teachers are the foundation and guarantee for development of education.The development and optimization of teaching resources should be imperative because there have a lot of congenital inadequacy about the sports higher education teachers' construction.The development and optimization of the sports higher education include two factions: school teacher resources and out-school teacher resources.The content includes in improving the professional competence and adjusting the teachers' structure.The purpose is to establish a teacher resources team that have the rational structure,the excellent professional level,the exquisite sport skills,the good sports management experience and the teaching ability of sports higher education.
