肿瘤标志物联合检测原发性肝癌的研究进展

摘　　要：从血清甲胎蛋白和a-L-岩藻糖苷酶联合检测、甲胎蛋白异质体和甲胎蛋白信使核糖核酸联合检测、血清AFP,CAl9-9,CYFR21-1的联合检测、AFP与GGT,ALP,LDH的联合检测等综述了原发性肝癌肿瘤标志物检测的意义,提高原发性肝癌的早期诊断率.This paper reviews the combined detection of tumor markers which is proposed in recent years and considered probably to improve the early diagnosis rate of PHC,such as combined detections of serum AFP and serum a-L-fucosidase,AFP variants and AFPmRNA,serum AFP,CA19-9 and CYFR21-1,and AFP,GGT,ALP and LDH and so on.
