醒脑再造胶囊治疗急性脑出血180例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑再造胶囊治疗中少量脑出血的临床疗效。方法将我科180例高血压脑出血量≤30ml的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑再造胶囊,比较治疗前后两组的临床疗效、30d和3个月后的日常生活活动能力评级(ADL)。结果总有效率、ADL评分治疗组明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑再造胶囊辅助治疗中少量脑出血疗效可靠,可明显减少患者的致残率,具有应用前景。Objective To observe clinical effects of Xingnaozaizao capsule intreatment for cerebral hemorrhage patients with moderate and few.Methods 180 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with blood volume being smaller or egual to 30ml were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The treatment group was plus Xingnaozaizao capsule on the basis of conventional therapy.Efficacy and ADL score seperately in 30day and 90day of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results In treatmente group,the total efficiency was better than controlled group,ADL scores were significantly better than controlled group seperately in 30day and 90day.Differences between the two goups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaozaizao capsule in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients with blood volume being smaller or egual to 30ml is effect and reliable,especially reduce crippling rate of patients.It has broad application prospects.
