论当代大学生人际环境的特点

摘　　要：当今我国大学的德育环境日趋复杂。在这一日趋复杂的大学德育环境下的大学生人际环境也呈现出新的特点:一是具有稳定性;二是具有实践性;三是具有心理性;四是具有发展性;五是具有复杂性。大学德育工作者应当合理看待当前大学生人际环境所存在的问题,正确分析大学生人际环境的这些新特点,在认识大学生人际环境本身的基础上,采取一定的措施,开展德育活动,提高德育的实效性,促进大学生思想品德的形成。The environment of moral education becomes more and more complex in today's university.The interpersonal environment around the college students shows new features in the increasingly complex environment as follows: 1.stability;2.practicalness;3.psychogenic;4.expansibility;5.complexity.Our moral educators in the university should regard the problems which exist in the interpersonal environment reasonably and analyze some new characteristics of college students' interpersonal environment exactly,and then on the basis of knowing the interpersonal environment itself,the moral educators could take certain measures such as carrying out some moral education activities to improve the effectiveness of moral education and promote the formation of university students' ideological and moral character.
