摘　　要：随着我国的不断发展,我国高等教育体制改革也逐渐深入,与过去在计划经济体制下发展起来的办学模式相比较,基层系统的办学变得越来越复杂和多样。随着学校规模的不断扩大和大量年轻教师的引入,同时学校的教学硬件设备和软件设施也在不断发生着改变,在这种情况下高等学校教学管理为了适应社会的发展,需要更加专业化和职业化的教学管理人员。With the China's continuing development,the reform of China's higher education system is deepening.Compared with the past schooling mode developing in planned economy system,schooling of the grass-root system has become more and more complex and diversified.With the expansion of school scale,the leading of youth teachers and the improvement of teaching hardware and software,higher education management need professional teaching management talents in order to adapt to social development.
