子宫内膜息肉的超声诊断价值及误诊分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对360例子宫内膜息肉的回顾性分析,探讨子宫内膜息肉的超声诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析2011年1月～2012年7月在我院超声科诊断的360例子宫内膜息肉病例,并均通过宫腔镜检查治疗及病理确诊,对其诊断结果及误诊原因作了回顾性分析。结果:超声诊断的360例子宫内膜息肉,经手术及病理证实符合率71%(256/360),另104例误诊。结论:超声对子宫内膜息肉诊断仍有较高的误诊率,需要通过临床症状、声像图特征及选择适当的检查时机来降低子宫内膜息肉的误诊。Purpose:Through a total of 360 cases of membrane polyp retrospectie analysis,this paper discusses the endometrial polyps of ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis of application value.Materials and Methods:Were analyzed retrospectively from jan 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital ultrasonic section diagnosis of 360 cases of cases in membrane polyps,and all through the hysteroscopy examination treatment and pathological diagnosis,the diagnosis and misdiagnosis reasons were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Ultrasonic diagnosis of 360 cases of palace film polyp,by surgery and pathology was 71%(256/360),and the other 104 cases of misdiagnosis.Conclusion:Ultrasonic diagnosis of endometrial polyps are still high misdiagnosis rate,need through the clinical symptoms,the ultrasonographic features and the choice of appropriate inspection time to reduce the misdiagnosis of endometrial polyps.
