摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA HOTAIR(LncRNA HOTAIR)在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用原位杂交技术检测93例食管鳞癌组织及20例癌旁组织中HOTAIR的表达情况,分析LncRNA HOTAIR表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 LncRNA HOTAIR在食管鳞癌组织中比癌旁组织中表达阳性率高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);LncRNA HOTAIR表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的浸润深度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 HOTAIR与食管鳞癌的发生发展相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long noncoding RNA HOTAIR(Lnc RNA HOTAIR) in the tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods The expression of Lnc RNA HOTAIR in 93 ESCC tissues and 20 para-carcinoma tissues were detected by In situ hybridization.The relationship between the expression of Lnc RNA HOTAIR and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyze by SPSS16.0.Results In situ hybridization showed that the expression of Lnc RNA HOTAIR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in the tumor-adjacent non-malignant tissues.The expression of Lnc RNA HOTAIR was related to tumor invasion(T-stage),clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation(P<0.05),but not related to age and gender of the patients(P>0.05).Conclusions High expression of LncRNA HOTAIR in sophageal squamous cell carcinoma could be associated with occurrence and progress of tumor.
