摘　　要：网络远程教育是一种基于计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术进行知识传输与知识学习的新型教育模式,其信息资源在数量、结构、内涵、类型、分布、传播范围和传递手段等方面都与传统信息资源有显著的差异。它融合了现代教育中的先进技术和实用性的理念,有其技术上的优势,在具体实施中也有很多值得反思的地方。The networking distance education is a new education model for knowledge imparting and learning,based on computer technology,network technology and communication technology.There are significant differences between its information resources and traditional information resources in the quantity,structure,content,type,distribution and communication range and means.It integrates the advanced technology and practical philosophy in modern education,which has unique technical superiority.However,many problems remain worthy of reflection in the specific implementation.
