摘　　要：目的总结60例心脏肿瘤的临床特征和外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院2003年3月至2011年1月间经超声心动确诊的60例心脏肿瘤患者的临床资料,着重分析肿瘤的性质、年龄性别的分布、生长部位和治疗。结果本组在良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤(93.3%vs 6.7%)、良性黏液瘤与其他良性瘤(97.8%vs2.2%)、男性与女性(36.7%vs 63.3%)、肿瘤位于左心房与其它心腔(76.7%vs 23.3%)间分布差异有统计学意义。手术治疗50例,正中开胸切除48例,电视胸腔镜下切除2例;术后死亡1例,手术成功率98%。结论心脏肿瘤中多是良性黏液瘤,女性多见,多位于左心房;发生在心室系统的肿瘤恶性程度大,危险性高;手术是治疗心脏肿瘤的主要手段。Objective To review the clinical features of 60 cases with cardiac tumors.Methods The clinical features of 60 cases with cardiac tumors were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from March 2003 to January 2011.Results Distribution between the benign and malignant tumor(93.3% vs 6.7 %),mucus benign adenoma and other benign tumors(97.8% vs 2.2 %),male and female(36.7% vs 63.3 %),tumors in the left atrium and other heart chambers(76.7% vs 23.3 %) showed significant difference.50 cases were performed surgical treatment,including 2 cases of thoracoscopic resection.1 patient died after surgery and surgical success rate was 98%(49/50).Conclusion Most of Cardiac tumor are Cardiac myxoma,specially in women and left atrial.Cardiac tumors in ventricular system showed higher malignant grade than those in other heart chambers.Surgery is the main means of cardiac tumor treatment.
