开放教育新建教学点的办学运行与管理——以天津广播电视大学为例

摘　　要：新建教学点是天津电大系统的新生力量,亦是系统的重要组成部分,但随着天津市各行业发展和教育行政体制的不断变化,新建教学点开放教育办学规模不断萎缩,办学运行乏力。本文从天津电大新建教学点开放教育办学运行现状入手,从有利和不利两方面进行了分析,进而提出天津电大新建教学点管理的对策,以促进天津电大系统的长远发展。New study centers are the new power for the system of Tianjin Open University and also the important part of the system.However,with the developments of all walks of life and consistent changes in the educational administration systems,the school-running scale of new study centers of open education has been shrunk constantly and the school-running operation has been weak.According to the analysis of the present situation of school-running operation in the new centers and the advantages and disadvantages,the article suggests some strategies on how to manage new centers to enhance the long-term development for the system of Tianjin Open University.
