摘　　要：文章首先对博弈论和战略联盟作了简要的介绍,在此基础上构建了中小企业战略联盟的动态博弈分析,从博弈论的角度分析中小企业战略联盟决策的各种相关情况,并重点在信息不完全情况下构建了动态博弈模型,演化分析了最佳的决策模型,最后提出了保证最佳战略联盟决策方式实现的一些建议。This paper states the importance aspects of the game theory and small & medium-sized enterprise strategic alliance,aims to investigate from the perspective of game theory on the relevant situation of decision-making of strategic alliances,makes progress in building the dynamic game model under the conditions of incompletion information,and then analyzes the best decision-making model.Finally it puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of making decisions on strategic alliances.
