企业社会责任管理及其与和谐社会建设的关系

摘　　要：企业履行社会责任已成当前国际社会的共识。文章对如何提高企业社会责任综合管理水平进行了分析。分析表明,企业应积极树立社会责任意识,建立起完整的企业社会责任闭环管理体系。社会各界要为企业履行社会责任营造良好的社会环境,引导和推动企业加强社会责任工作。此外,在对和谐社会内涵介绍的基础上,探讨了企业社会责任与和谐社会建设的关系,阐述了企业履行社会责任在促进经济、社会协调发展及构建和谐社会中的作用。Corporation social responsibility has become the consensus of the international community.The way to improve the comprehensive management level of social responsibility has been analyzed.The enterprise should establish actively the consciousness of social responsibility and establish a complete social responsibility management system.All sectors of society should create a good social environment and encourage enterprises to strengthen the social responsibility.On the basis of introduction of connotation of harmonious society,the relation between the corporation social responsibility and the construction of harmonious society has been discussed,and the role of corporation social responsibility to the unisonous development of economy and society and the construction of harmonious society has been elaborated.
