摘　　要：针对国内供电企业在迎峰度夏期间人工测量负荷的现状,研究实现城市配电网低压负荷在线监测的方法,分析了最佳通讯手段的选择,提出了总体实现方案,并根据配电网的实际特点开发了多路负荷采集装置及相关软件系统,实践表明,该系统实用性好,适合配电网推广应用。Taking the present situation that power supply enterprises use manual monitoring load during the summer peaks into account,a method of online monitoring low-voltage load in urban distribution network was researched and realized.Besides,the selection of best communication means was analyzed,the overall program was put forward,and the multiple load collection devices and related software systems were developed.The practice showed that this system was practical and it was suitable to promote the use of it in distribution network.
