摘 要:目的检测国产钇稳定氧化锆与饰面瓷双层结构的双轴弯曲强度,分析双层瓷结构的失败模式。方法制作40个核瓷-饰面瓷的双层瓷结构试件,根据材料不同分为4组:A组:Upcera核瓷+Cercon ceram kiss饰面瓷;B组:Upcera核瓷+IPS e.max Ceram饰面瓷;C组:Cercon Brain Expert核瓷+Cercon ceram kiss饰面瓷;D组:IPS e.max CAD核瓷+IPS e.max Ceram饰面瓷(n=10)。采用球-环法测定试件的双轴弯曲强度。结果双轴弯曲强度分别为A组:(132.03±3.05)MPa;B组:(129.91±2.06)MPa;C组:(123.97±3.04)MPa;D组:(120.96±2.09)MPa。组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组和B组的双轴弯曲强度显著性高于C组和D组。失败模式主要为核瓷-饰面瓷的完全断裂。结论饰面瓷对钇稳定氧化锆-饰瓷双层结构的双轴弯曲强度无影响,四组双层瓷结构的失败模式均以完全断裂为主,国产钇稳定氧化锆核瓷与饰面瓷均具有良好的结合。Objective To study the bi-axial flexure strength of bilayered Upcera zirconia core and the veneering porcelain.Methods Forty disk specimens were made from different core and veneering porcelain,and divided into four groups as follows(n=10):Upcera core+Cercon ceram kiss veneer(group A),Upcera core+IPS e.max Ceram veneer(group B),Cercon Brain Expert core+Cercon ceram kiss veneer(group C)and IPS e.max CAD core+IPS e.max Ceram veneer(group D).The bi-axial flexure strength were measured by ball-on-ring test.Results The value of bi-axial flexure strength were(132.03±3.05)MPa for group A,(129.91±2.06)MPa for group B,(123.97±3.04)MPa for group C,(120.96±2.09)MPa for group D.There were significant differences among 4 groups(P<0.05).The bi-axial flexure strength of group A and B were significantly higher than that of group C and D.The specimens displayed mainly crack propagation through the composite interface without delamination.Conclusions Veneering porcelain has no influence on bi-axial flexure strength,failure mode of 4-group bi-layers structures is complete fracture,there is a good bonding property between Upcera zirconia core and the veneering porcelain.
