摘　　要：高校青年教师作为高校骨干教师的后备军,对高校未来发展起着关键作用,是高校可持续发展的决定性因素。特别是自1999年我国高校扩招以来,高校青年教师在高校师资队伍中的比例越来越大。如何准确把握现阶段青年教师的需求特征,广泛吸引并集聚青年才俊从教,并充分调动青年教师的积极性、主动性和创造性,建设一支高水平的青年教师队伍,是摆在教育行政部门和高校领导者面前的一项重要课题。young college teachers in College Teachers' reserve army,to future development of universities plays a key role in Colleges and universities,is a decisive factor for sustainable development.Especially since1999 in China since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,University Young Teachers in the college teaching staff in an increasingly large proportion.How to accurately grasp the current young teachers' demand characteristics,widely attract and gather young talent from teaching,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of youth teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,to build a high level of young teachers,is placed in the administrative departments of education and university leaders in front of an important topic.
