摘　　要：工学结合的背景下,如何有效提高学生职业素养是高职院校研究的重要课题之一。将现代企业的5S现场管理理念引入化工实训教学中,是一项值得探索的尝试。本文介绍了5S管理的基本内涵,分析了实施5S管理的意义,在此基础上提出了实施策略。Under the circumstance of work-integrated learning,how to improve the professional quality of higher vocational students is one of the most important subjects in higher vocational colleges.5S management was introduced into chemical engineering practical teaching and training,which was a worth exploring attempt.In this paper,the basic connotations of 5S management were introduced,and the significances of one were analyzed.On this foundation,implementation strategy was introduced in this paper.
