摘　　要：人才培养是高等教育的中心任务,教学质量则是关系到高等院校人才培养水平的中心工作,是高等教育的生命线。构建动态化教学质量管理与监控体系,需要教育界以及社会各界的积极参与,特别是逐步完善高校内部教学质量自我管理体系,形成不断提高教学质量的长效机制。Talent cultivation is the central task of higher education.Quality of teaching is related to the central task of talent cultivation level in institutions of higher education,which is the lifeline of higher education.Construction of dynamic teaching quality management and monitoring system,requiringing the participation of education and all sectors of the community,especially the improvement of teaching quality in universities self management and monitoring system,formating long-term mechanism of improving the quality of education.
