残疾大学生就业创业存在的问题与解决对策及措施

摘　　要：我国提出了建设"人力资源强国"的目标,8300万残疾人是其中的一支不容忽视和不可低估的重要人力资源。其中,残疾大学生具有特殊比较优势,只要创造条件提供舞台让他们发挥自己的潜能和优势,他们完全能够为经济社会发展和精神文明建设作出自己的贡献。本文通过对全国残疾大学生的毕业去向进行了细致调研,揭示出残疾大学生创业就业的困难与对策。Our country put forward the goal of constructing a human resource power,the 83 hundred disabled people are an important manpower resource which can not be ignored or underestimated.Among them,disabled university students are specially superior to the others,as long as we provide conditions for them to exert their potentiality and superiority,they will make a lot of contributions to the development of the economic society and the construction of spiritual civilization.This paper made a detailed survey on disabled university students' graduation destination in the whole country,putting forward their hardships in employment and enterprise and some solutions.
