摘　　要：为适应地方经济建设、为社会发展服务,出现了一批以培养应用型人才为主的新建地方性本科院校,由于条件限制,面临许多挑战,本文从建立高校和谐教学质量监控体系的必要性、塑造和谐教学质量监控体系的原则、地方性本科院校和谐教学质量监控体系的构建等方面进行探析。There appeared a group of new local universities which mainly cultivate applied talents in order to adapt local economic construction,and serve society's development.Owing to the condition restricts,the universities faced many challenges.This paper analyzed teaching quality monitoring system from the necessity,principles and construction of building the system.
