摘  要:针对实验室自主研制的胃癌检测PCR芯片,以LabVIEW作为处理核心,以Pt作为加热丝和温度传感器,设计出PCR芯片温度控制系统。介绍了温控系统的硬件、软件和实验调试。系统采用恒流源流经Pt电阻器。当温度变化时,Pt阻值变化,从而电阻器上的电压变化,检测读数,与设定温度比对,采用BANG—BANG与PID控制相结合和预设积分器,实现控温。与其他PCR温控系统相比,该系统升温迅速为1 s,波动范围为±0.5℃。On the basis of LabVIEW,a temperature control system for PCR chip is designed based on self-made PCR chip for detecting cancer of the stomach in our lab.The temperature system uses Pt as resistive heater and temperature sensor.Introduces the hardware and software of the temperature control system and the experimental debugging.A constant current source is adopted to run through the Pt resistor.When temperature changes,the resistance of Pt will change accordingly,so does the voltage across Pt resistor.Through reading the voltage data,and compared with the set value,temperature control is realized by combining BANG—BANG with PID control and preset integrator.Compared with other PCR temperature control system,heating up time of this system is short1s,wave range is±0.5 ℃.
