摘　　要：本文用法学、管理学等跨学科的视角,重点分析我国高校知识产权现状和存在的问题,指出其流失的原因,对我国高校科技创新中的知识产权制度进行了整体性的和具有可操作性的探讨研究。The main objective of this article,which mainly analyses the present situation of university intellectual property in our country and the existing problems,is to point out the reasons for its running-off,from the interdisciplinary perspectives,such as law and management.It is also attempting to explore the intellectual property institutions for science and technology innovation of university in our country in a comprehensive and exercisable way.
