摘　　要：从导师对研究生进行学术道德教育的现状入手,搜集整理导师对自身及所在科研团队所指导的研究生对于学术道德教育相关问题的掌握情况,分析相关现状产生的原因,并结合实际提出加强导师对研究生进行思想道德教育的建议,使导师真正地承担起对研究生进行全面教育的重要责任,从而树立学校良好的学风。This article starts with the present situation of tutors' academic ethic education for postgraduates,to explore how much tutors,their academic teams and their postgraduates have known about the overall situation,and to analyze the causes.The paper ultimately comes up with the proposal that it is well advised that tutors should shoulder the responsibility for postgraduates' academic ethics education,therefore to establish a sound academic atmosphere.
