摘　　要：高校作为一种开放的思想政治教育系统,要避免内部思想政治教育各要素相互分割、各自为政,就必须进行有效整合、形成合力。本文提出,要构建高校无缝隙思想政治教育组织模式,以实现思想政治教育的整体构建与有效衔接,探讨了优化思想政治教育组织模式应坚持的导向及实现路径。This paper argues that,to avoid isolating one aspect from another,the system of ideological and political education in the university,open as it is,should entail an effective integration of divergent elements to become the resultant force.To achieve this,the current organizational pattern of this type should embrace an object-oriented self-evolution,an open integrated network-based context,and a good platform provided for students to exchange their ideas and information.The paper further discusses some main principles,core elements and specific plans for establishing such an educational pattern in the university.
