摘 要:制备了聚丙烯腈三元共聚和三元氨化共聚聚合液,并对两种聚合液进行了湿法纺丝。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、旋转黏度计、金相显微镜、电子万能试验机等仪器设备分析表征了影响两种聚合液的黏度、黏均分子质量、纤维截面及纤维拉伸性能的因素。结果表明:氨化能提高聚合液的黏度、黏均分子质量和亲水性;三元共聚聚合液制备的纤维在纺丝过程中拉伸性要好于氨化聚合液制备的纤维,能进行12倍的拉伸,但是截面形状要差于氨化后的纤维。Terpolymer and aminated terpolymer of polyacrylonitrile were made and spun by wet-spinning technology.The influence of viscosity,viscosity-average molecular weight,fiber cross section and fiber strenching property of polymers were studied by using FT-IR,rotational viscometer,metallographic microscope,electromechanical testing machine.It was shown that the viscosity,viscosity-average molecular weight and hydrophilicity were improved by amination.The fiber stretching property of terpolymer was better than aminated terpolymer,it could be stretched at the retio of 12,but the fiber cross section was less round than aminated terpolymer.
