摘 要:利用4个斑马鱼微卫星分子标记,对3个品系(AB品系、LF品系、TU品系)的斑马鱼进行遗传多样性和系统发生关系分析.研究结果显示:斑马鱼种水平的Shannon信息指数(I)为0.5647,平均为0.4479,基因多样性指数(H)为0.3830,平均为0.3033,表明斑马鱼品系内及品系间均具有较高的遗传多样性.斑马鱼品系间的基因分化系数(G)和基因流(Nm)分别为0.2081、1.9026,斑马鱼3个品系间的遗传距离平均为0.1890.并以聚类分析和群体结构分析为基础,将3个品系斑马鱼分为2个支系:AB品系斑马鱼和TU品系斑马鱼为第1支系,LF品系斑马鱼为第2支系.The genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of 3 zebrafish strains(AB strain,LF strain,TU strain)were surveyed by using 4 microsatellite loci.The results show that zebrafish levels of Shannon's information index(I) is 0.5647,the average number being 0.4479,and Shannon's diversity index(H) is 0.3830,the average number being 0.3033.It shows that zebrafish strains and strains within that all have the higher genetic diversity.Zebrafish strains gene differentiation coefficient(G) and gene flow(Nm) is 0.2081,1.9026,zebrafish's 3 lines of the genetic distance being between an average of 0.1890.To determine the genetic relationships among the breeds,phylogenetic trees are constructed based on Nei's genetic distance and Nei's standard genetic distance using the unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic mean.As a result,three kinds of zebrafish is divided into two branches: the AB strain and TU strain of zebrafish grouped together,while AB lines of zebrafish is in a second group.
