摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以H学院为个案,从精神、物质、制度和行为四个层面对新建地方本科院校校园体育文化发展现状进行探讨,从中寻找其存在的问题,并提出建议,为推动新建地方本科院校校园体育文化的发展提供参考.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and taking H college campus as an individual case,this paper discusses the present situation of the campus sports culture development of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges from the four aspects of spirit,material,system and behavior,searches for the existing problems and countermeasures,and aims to provide reference to promote the sports cultural development of the newly-established colleges
