摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化硅负载磷钨酸,并以其为催化剂,丁酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。研究了酮醇物质的摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产物收率的影响,探讨了H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2对缩酮反应的催化活性。实验结果表明:在固定丁酮用量为0.2mol,n(丁酮)n(1,2-丙二醇)=11.4,催化剂的用量占反应物总质量的0.8%,环己烷用量为4mL,反应时间为90min的条件下,产品收率可达80.5%。H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2是合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂。H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2 was prepared by Sol-gel method.The synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal with H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2 as catalyst has been studied.Molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol glycol,the dosage of catalyst,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent and reaction time on the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol glycol is 1:1.4,the dosage of catalyst is equal to 0.8%of feed stocks,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 4 mL,and the reaction time is 90 min. H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/SiO_2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield can reach over 80.5%.
