摘　　要：随着高校招生规模的扩大,高校毕业生的就业问题愈发显得重要,经济困难的女大学生成为就业职场竞争的弱中之弱。她们的就业心理状态对自身的就业有着重大影响。了解这些贫困女大学生的就业心理,引导她们建立健康积极的就业心态显得尤为重要。With the expansion of college enrollment,the employment problem of college graduates is increasingly important.Under two kinds of the identity,the impoverished female college students have become weaker role in the employment.Their employment psychology has a major impact on their employment,so it is important to understand their psychology and guide them to establish a healthy and positive attitude to job.This paper analyzed of the causes and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
