浅谈艺术体操少儿(7—8岁)运动员“器械感”的培养

摘　　要：通过运用资料查询、分析探讨等方法,对艺术体操少儿〈7—8岁〉运动员"器械感"培养的原因、科学依据等方法进行了探讨。得出结论:"器械感"对于艺术体操运动员来说是十分重要的,少儿〈7—8岁〉运动员是培养"器械感"的最佳时期,只要运用科学的方法,一定可以在这一时期为运动员今后的发展道路积累重要的经验。Through searching reference materials and analysis,this article mainly discusses the reason,the scientific reference and the proper way we cultivate the sense of equipment of juvenile(age 7~8) rhythmic gymnasts,reaching a conclusion that it is very important for the rhythmic gymnast to have a good sense of equipment.And the Juvenile phase is crucial to the cultivation of the sense of equipment.As long as we use the scientific and appropriate way,we can help the athletes accumulate the most precious gifts for their future.
